USE method
Utilization, Saturation, and Errors for each resource, such as CPU, memory, or a connection pool. It measures causes, not symptoms: a resource at 100% with work waiting is the likely bottleneck. Brendan Gregg described it as a checklist for performance analysis.
Observability
In Quorum#
The Dashboard's Saturation row shows utilization for each Node as a bar gauge, a state timeline, and a table, so you can see which Node filled up first. A full per-resource USE row is not built yet. On the Board, the Load bar on each Node card shows the same utilization now.
