DORA metrics
Five measures of software delivery from the DORA research program: change lead time, deployment frequency, failed deployment recovery time, change fail rate, and rework rate. The first three show throughput, and the last two show instability.
Delivery
In Quorum#
Two of them drive play. Deploy frequency is at most 480 work minutes / (build + deploy + 15 verify) per day, capped at 16, 8, or 4 by the Team's policy. Continuous delivery cuts a deploy from 30 to 5 minutes. Each deploy has a 10% base chance to ship a bug, raised by Move fast and tech debt and lowered by Automated tests (−30%) and Code review (−20%); the deploy card shows it.
