Apdex
Application Performance Index: a score from 0 to 1 for how satisfied users are with response time. Requests faster than a target T are satisfied and count fully, requests up to 4T are tolerating and count half, and slower or failed requests count zero.
Performance
In Quorum#
Each Request kind has its own T: 400 ms for a page view, 200 ms for an API read, 800 ms for a login. A request earns its value times its Apdex, so a tolerating request earns half. Users grow while Apdex beats the Era's target (0.85 in Garage, up to 0.94 when Public) and leave when it falls below.
