Data residency is an item on the Pre-IPO IPO checklist. It is met when you own Data residency controls and GeoDNS, you have a live EU Users Node, and every data Node it reaches sits in the EU region or is a Spread Wide-column Store or Distributed SQL Node. Build a full EU path and keep its data local to tick it.
