Feature flag
A switch in the code, controlled at runtime, that turns a feature on or off without a new deploy. Teams use flags to release a feature to a share of users, test it, or turn it off fast when it breaks.
Delivery
In Quorum#
Not modeled yet: a Feature reaches every user at the next deploy, with no rollout share. The closest tool is a rollback after Continuous delivery, which takes a bad deploy's Features out again and ends the Bad deploy Incident.
